Down 11.4 lbs in 19 days!





Safely and easily I have lost 11 lbs and my husband has lost 15 lbs.  I will show you what we are eating...what sucks and what rocks as we go along.  Hopefully, you will be inspired and loose that weight too!  


We did an Attack phase of 10 days and are alternating Cruise every other day.
